Terms of Service

slotii provides tools for independent professionals to create booking pages and accept payments. You are responsible for the services you offer, your pricing, and fulfilling bookings made through your page.

On the free plan, slotii charges a 3% platform fee on each paid booking. On the Pro plan, there are no platform fees. Stripe processes all payments and charges their standard processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30) separately.

Refunds are processed through your dashboard. Slotii does not cover refund amounts — these come from your Stripe balance.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not use slotii for illegal services, spam, or anything that violates Stripe's terms of service.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

You can cancel your account at any time from Settings. Your booking page will go offline and data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.
